Services offered to our clients are competitively priced and completed within reasonable delays. Timeframes are established by the availability of our student-translators. Documents are approved by the Operations Branch prior to their translation by one or more student-translators, depending on the number of words. Then, they are sent to certified translators (members of the OTTIAQ) who proceed with a final review before the document is returned to the client.
